When we say white label, we mean that the web app will be branded with your Host organization name and logo. For example, The Main Street America Chamber of Commerce would be called: Main Street America Rewards. The Tucson CIty Downtown District would be called: Tucson City Rewards, and Ferris Shopping Center would be called: Ferris Center Rewards. We want you front and center. Saltwater Loyalty powers the platform and provides tools for success; we are a back end with an interest in your visibility and success.

The business advantages for Hosts and Merchants are multi-fold. First, the Saltwater Loyalty platform is designed to drive repeat business, increase customer spend, and provide businesses with a new marketing channel. The platform does not require any integration on the merchant side. Other than creating offers (and we can help with knowledge of best practices in your unique industry); once they join, we’re good to go. Additionally, merchants can expect a built-in communication channel for their business, increased foot traffic and sales, marketing tools and POS material to create a buzz about the program.

How much does it cost? How much does it cost?

Thanks for asking! Your white label loyalty platform launches with a set-up fee that provides a turnkey platform for use by all of your Merchants, marketing tools, and analytics. Some of these elements include: Shopper sign-up and dashboard, Merchant dashboards, as well as POS signage. The setup fee will vary depending on the size of your organization, your goals, needs and many other factors. In some cases the fee is waived completely. If you are happy with your current program you don’t have to change a thing. The Saltwater platform can work in tandem with other loyalty programs and does not require exclusivity. You can customize offers and expirations to best serve your business. There are a very wide variety of offers and rewards that our system makes available and we are adding to those options continually. We are happy to use our experience to guide you and your merchants in creating the rewards and offers that we expect to work best for you.

You post offers and rewards by creating them on the Host dashboard (Merchants have their own dashboards to post offers and rewards). Shoppers are kept informed of offers, rewards and all of their information in their own Shopper Dashboard. Here, they will not only see what they have earned, but they’ll get a total picture of their progress, what every merchant is offering, and what rewards are available.

Each loyalty program has a minimum number of merchants that need to be signed up to participate before it can go live. That number is different for every host and depends on how large your organization is. How quickly a new loyalty program can launch will vary depending on how quickly you can onboard this minimum number of merchants (with our help, of course). Usually, this can be accomplished within 90 days. Once the loyalty program is live, merchant onboarding is real-time/instant.

There are no start-up costs or subscription fees for merchants. We charge a small marketing fee, between 0.99%-4.99% on qualified loyalty customer transactions.

Monthly, all merchant fees for the prior month will be invoiced and charged automatically to a credit card on file.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your Merchant Dashboard. You will receive confirmation of your request for cancellation and it will become effective at the end of your current billing period.

The added flexibility of our platform respects your need to cancel and reconsider as needed for the benefit of your business. You can cancel at any time from your Merchant Dashboard. Where do Shoppers sign-up? Where do Shoppers sign-up?

Shoppers sign-up on the program’s website. There they provide a name, phone number or email address and register as many Visa, American Express, or Mastercard credit or debit cards as they choose. Once those cards are registered, they can begin shopping and earning rewards any time they use one of those registered credit cards at any of the participating merchants.

How can they check the status of their rewards? How can they check the status of their rewards?

Shopper offers, points, progress toward rewards, and rewards are found on the Shopper dashboard. Shoppers log-in using the username and password they chose when signing up.

Yes. We know consumers use a variety of payment forms. Shoppers are welcome to sign-up using any Visa, American Express, or Mastercard credit or debit cards they wish. The platform is cashless and only honors transactions made with credit or debit cards.
